Smarty Party Return and Refund Policy


At Smarty Party, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Return and Exchange Conditions:


  1. Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or there was an error on Smarty Party's part (e.g., incorrect item or size sent).

Non-Returnable Items:


Please note that the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:


  1. Clearance or heavily discounted items.
  2. Customized or personalized products.
  3. Items sold during special promotions specified as "final sale."

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:


  1. Contact our customer service team via email, providing your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Our team will respond with further instructions, including a Return Authorization Number and the return address.
  3. Package the item(s) securely, including the original packaging, and clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item(s) using a trackable shipping method. Smarty Party is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds:


Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. The refund amount will include the cost of the item and any taxes, but exclude shipping fees.


Exchanges:


For exchanges, customers can either return the original item and place a new order for the desired size or style, or wait until the returned item is received and inspected by Smarty Party, after which the new item will be shipped.


Faulty or Incorrect Items:


If you receive a faulty item or an incorrect item due to an error on Smarty Party's part, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and either send a replacement item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, once the item is received and inspected.
